Rhonda Stroman is the co-founder of TDS Enterprises, Llc. With patience, dedication, and hard work, she has reached the top of her profession and gained her experience in the real estate and mortgage banking industry for over 24 years. Rhonda has a diverse background which came from holding a Real Estate Salepersons licence for the state of Virginia and Maryland and a Title Insurance Producers License for the state of Virginia. Over the past 8 years, Rhonda has served as a subject matter expert interacting with individuals in the financial industry, helping them to make informed decisions related to mortgage securities. Her expertise includes creating training material for closed bank simulations for FDIC's resolution and receivership training model. This experience afforded her the opportunity to serve as a project lead assisting Fair Housing Equal Opportunity enforcement agents with fair housing systemic techniques and lending investigations, at the Department of Housing and Urban Developmenr. Her success has earned her the title of 'Customer Excellence Champion' in 2019. In that same year, she was invited to Harvard Business School for formal instruction and received a certificate for completing business courses. Rhonda is also a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Education's School of Mortgage Banking (SOMB), holding the special designation Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP). She earned both her Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Averett University in Danville, VA.
